ExpertAnalytics Group, Inc., Experts Court Refund & Credit Policy is based on our Terms of Service Agreement, which specifies: "Should you as an expert not be retained, by any law firms, insurers, or corporations, whichever is applicable to you as a member of Experts Court over the course of 12 months, we will happily refund your money in full. Declining an opportunity that you are retained for is considered initiated by the expert and does not constitute as part of this guarantee. " Should law firms, litigators, insurers, or corporations not be able to retain qualified experts, or expert firms, even after independent support is provided within a 12 month period, we will happily refund your money in full.
ExpertAnalytics Group, Inc. does not under any circumstances issue refunds related to the timeline of technology, or innovation development of Experts Court, or our other consulting services. All innovation and development takes time, and expertise to complete with excellence. There are no short cuts. Innovation and development are considered to be for benefit of all members.
Profile Creation Requirements:
New, or existing clients, are responsible for creation of their expert, legal, or insurer member profile, as a member of Experts Court. ExpertAnalytics Group, Inc. will not be responsible for delays related to profile development of members. Any assistance, that members receive related to profile creation is in a support capacity ONLY. ExpertAnalytics Group, Inc. does not take responsibility, or engage in sole creation of profiles to ensure that profiles are legitimate and original throughout the Experts Court app. ExpertAnalytics Group, Inc. does under no circumstances issue refunds related to profile completion. Profile creation and completion is the joint responsibility of each individual member to work proactively with a profile creation specialist.
ExpertAnalytics Group, Inc. also does under no circumstances issue refunds due to development, innovation acts of God, pandemics, COVID-19, and circumstances beyond our control. within the company overall, or for any of our products and/or services which can be found within our online store.
